The L&D Systems & Administration Coordinator provides high quality, accurate and proactive support across all learning activities. Reporting to the Senior L&D Advisor, the role ensures training programs are well coordinated, records are maintained to a high standard, and employees and leaders receive timely and professional assistance. This role suits someone who is detail focused, organised, customer oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training activities including scheduling, enrolments, session logistics and communication
* Maintain accurate training records, registers, attendance and compliance information across systems
* Support leaders, employees and training providers with queries related to learning activities
* Administer the Learning Management System (e.g., Workday/SAP), including enrolments, completions and reporting
* Ensure data accuracy across training files, skills matrices and compliance records
* Generate routine training reports and assist with data analysis as required
* Manage the L&D shared inbox, ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly and professionally
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to support scheduling and program delivery
* Support room setup, materials preparation and other logistics required for training days
* Prepare documents, training materials, templates and communications
* Assist with purchase orders, invoicing and financial reconciliations for training activities
* Provide general administration support to the Senior L&D Advisor and broader team
* Maintain consistent filing and documentation practices across SharePoint and Teams
* Assist in creating or updating work instructions, templates and process documentation
What you'll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in administration, ideally within L&D, training, HR or a fast paced operational environment
* Experience with learning systems (e.g., LMS, Workday, SAP) and strong digital literacy
* Excellent customer service skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
* Analytical thinking and a proactive, solution focused approach
