About the role This Executive Assistant role provides high‑level administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, along with HR support to the Head of HR. You will play an integral part in enabling executive efficiency, coordinating communications, managing key workflows, and supporting broader office, culture and events functions. Key responsibilities include: Provide executive‑level diary, email and administrative management, including preparation of board papers, presentations and reports. Coordinate meetings, appointments, client follow‑ups and Townhall presentations, ensuring seamless communication flow. Manage travel arrangements for senior executives, including itineraries, visas and logistical requirements. Support reception and office management activities, ensuring office amenities, meeting rooms and supplies are maintained to a high standard. Assist with recruitment administration including drafting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews and managing pre‑employment checks. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience supporting senior‑level executives ideally within the property industry.
