We're seeking Farsi and English-speaking Male Support Workers to assist a bright, friendly male NDIS Participant living with Cerebral Palsy who requires 24/7 care.

Shifts Available:
* 6:30am–2:00pm | 9:00am–5:00pm | 5:30pm–6:30am (inactive sleepover 10pm–6am)
* Extra shifts available with other participants.
What You'll Do:
You will be working with a vibrant NDIS Participant who is seeking some additional support workers to join his team in Deanside VIC.
* Provide high-level personal care and mobility support.
* Assist with daily living — meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
* Offer companionship, community access, and transport.
* Monitor medication and complete accurate progress notes.
* Provide Community Access and accompany to appointments.
What You'll Bring
* Fluent in Farsi and English
* Cert III or above in Disability or a similar qualification.
* All required NDIS Checks and clearances.
* A Positive attitude and great work ethic.
