About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team.
The ideal candidate will be people-focused and responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through inbound calls and telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries.
This includes qualifying leads, scheduling in-home pre-move inspections, managing customer relationships from enquiry to final sale, and preparing accurate quotes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will enter move details into our systems with precision, follow up within 48 hours to close sales, and coordinate services with internal teams and external vendors.
They will also promote our brand using brochures, presentations, and product information.
A well-organized daily schedule of activities and appointments is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up promptly on customer inquiries and quote requests
