What Success Looks Like for You
* You confidently manage your residential portfolio — staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
* You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants — clear communication, trust, and professionalism every step of the way.
* You stay on top of arrears, renewals, and lease management — no surprises, no last‐minute stress.
* You conduct routine inspections with care — detailed reports, sharp attention to detail, and clear follow‐ups.
* You handle maintenance issues smoothly — coordinating repairs, managing expectations, and keeping everyone informed.
* You manage terminations and attend tribunal when required — calm, prepared, and professional.
* You oversee rental marketing when needed — making sure properties are presented and leased efficiently.
* You work closely with your Property Officer and team — sharing updates, supporting each other, and keeping everything running smoothly.
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Reliable car + valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Great organisation and time management
* A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done
