About The Role
Providing IT support within our customer-focused team environment, including, but not limited to:
Client support and Helpdesk management for all sites; Maintenance/upgrade of equipment, and management thereof; New equipment procurement and setup; General network and related installation and setup; Troubleshooting user/system related issues; Managing tickets through internal ticketing system; Liaising with IT Manager for ongoing projects and future developments; Liaise with external service providers; and Various other ad-hoc duties as required.
Key support role with an innovative, growth oriented Business.
Full-time Monday to Friday based at our Port Kembla office, with the expectation required outside of work during emergency outages should they occur.
Skills And Experience
Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in an IT Support role Microsoft 365 experience highly regarded Must have experience with Patch panels Network knowledge, modem, router, switches and configuration and setup The ability to multi task and work under pressure in a busy team environment Liaising with IT Manager for ongoing projects and future developments Knowledge in Active Directory, Windows Server, Share and Storage Management Ability to learn and troubleshoot in-house software programs Sound knowledge of Google Suite Be a strong team player with a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude Communication via email/phone correspondence heavy focus on inbound/outbound calls to the IT team #J-18808-Ljbffr
