About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team in providing holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice.
* Conduct initial needs assessments and workplace assessments.
* Provide advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counselling/vocational assessments.
* Perform ADL assessments and medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services.

Requirements:
* Fully registered with the relevant professional body.
* Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
* A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
* Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
* Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.

About You:
* You are a dynamic and driven allied health professional with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation.
* You are open to either a Psychologist, Nurse, Rehab Counsellor, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist.
