About the Role:
As part of our IT team, you will play a key role in ensuring our technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing first-level desktop support to help staff remain productive.
* Installing, configuring, deploying and maintaining PCs and peripheral devices.
* Supporting day-to-day IT operations and assisting with new technology implementations.
* Creating and maintaining IT documentation and procedures.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Graduate to join our dynamic team at HLB Mann Judd. In this role, you will provide essential first-level support to staff, ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will be hands-on with hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, while also assisting with onboarding new employees and supporting the implementation of innovative technologies, including AI and automation. About You
* A qualification in Information Technology or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated experience in IT support, including desktop, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with cloud-based user administration and management.
* Strong understanding of IT security best practices, including password health and two-factor authentication.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance and training to staff.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
* Experience with automation and AI technologies is highly regarded.
* Eligible Australian work rights.
