The Senior Regional Sales Director will drive sales growth for Salesforce Data Cloud, our flagship innovation that harnesses real-time data to reimagine the Customer 360. You will lead a growing sales team of Account Executives, fostering a supportive, inclusive culture focused on operational excellence, teamwork, professional development, and consistent performance.
Your Impact
* Develop a diverse and trusted advisory sales team
* Support Account Executives in client meetings and engage internal resources
* Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team
* Build team unity and collaboration
* Lead weekly forecast meetings
* Drive pipeline initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities
* Coach Account Executives to improve closure rates and opportunity identification
* Engage at the C-level within customer organizations
* Develop the Go-To-Market strategy for accounts
* Report on sales activity and forecasts
* Monitor and enhance sales activities
* Foster an inclusive and winning team environment
Required Skills
* Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
* Proven ability to build satisfied, loyal customers
* Experience working within a highly matrixed organization
* Leadership in pipeline generation strategy and execution
* Strong operational and analytical skills
* Experience selling complex software to C-level executives
* Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent
* Experience with enterprise cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred
