Noosa Heads Motel is a boutique accommodation property in the heart of Noosa Heads. We pride ourselves on delivering warm, friendly service and a high standard of guest experience. We're now looking for an Assistant Manager to help us manage the day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and support staff on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee front desk operations: check-in/check-out, guest enquiries, complaints resolution
• Assist in supervising housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and compliance with standards
• Support staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring
• Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control
• Ensure guest satisfaction and quality control in all public and private areas
• Report daily/weekly occupancy, revenue, and operations data to the Principal Manager
• Fill in during manager absence
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, or resort management preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to occasionally work weekends when covering for other team members
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hospitality or accommodation management required
* Must have Australian work rights
