Role Overview
The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency. Responsibilities include:
1. Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
2. Building customer rapport and encouraging repeat business
3. Performing daily branch duties
Additional Information
* Previous retail or customer service experience is essential
* Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities to help customers understand their foreign currency needs
* A flair for sales, with the ability to promote services while working towards targets
* Self-motivated, energetic, and able to adhere to procedures
* Ability to work under pressure
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
