Job Description
We are seeking a Casual Law Clerk to join our team on a casual basis up to 3 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for Indigenous law students to gain valuable experience in legal and administrative support tasks.
The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent legal research skills and clear writing skills, good knowledge of common software applications, good attention to detail, initiative and flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary day-to-day but may include substantial document review, preparing court documents and briefs to counsel, legal research and general clerical tasks, and undertaking often urgent work in relation to significant government initiatives.

To be eligible to apply for this role, you must:
* Be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and/or identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
* Be accepted by community as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
