You will come to us with: * A relevant degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, supported by engineering services-related qualifications - Tertiary Education is preferred but not essential. Demonstrated consultancy experience in engineering services cost management within infrastructure, data centres, energy systems or complex building projects. Experience with MEP cost planning, estimating, procurement, benchmarking and technical risk assessments across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic disciplines. A minimum of six years post-qualified experience in a similar role. Professional accreditation (RICS and/or AIQS) or a clear commitment to completing this. Experience in leading cost management services across a variety of MEP-heavy projects. A strong commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures (local and international), and the ability to assess technical and commercial risk.
