This Business Administration Traineeship will offer the successful candidate valuable \"hands on\" practical experience assisting our Field Representatives and Recruitment function within the business. With dedicated time on the job provided towards completing a Certificate III in Business, the ideal candidate will be proficient, with a can-do attitude, who understands the importance of handling sensitive information and client privacy.
The Traineeship will involve:
* Being the \"front face\" and first point of contact for internal staff, clients and candidates.
* Computer skills & confidence with word processing (creating placement letters, completion letters, certificates and correspondence to host employers)
* High attention to detail with strong time management skills
* Taking meeting minutes
* Timely and accurate filing and archiving both electronically and hard copy
* Managing multiple inboxes
* Working a 38 Hour week (8:30am -5:00pm, 5 days a week)
What will you bring to the role?
* Ability to problem solve
* Strong typing and data entry skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office and outlook programs
* Professional and courteous manner
* The ability to quickly learn in-house software & systems
* A strong work-ethic, be reliable and punctual
* Driver's Licence is highly regarded
* Be able to obtain a Blue Card and Police Check
* Willing to participate in a pre-employment medical and pass a drug and alcohol test
