Role
We are seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for the Parafield Kathmandu store. The position supports management in running the store efficiently and contributes to a positive customer experience. Flexible availability for shifts throughout the week, including weekends, is required.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
* Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
* Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
* Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management.
Qualifications
* Experience and/or understanding of a retail sales setting.
* Exceptional problem‐solving, communication, and customer service skills.
* Positive, flexible attitude, solid initiative, and ability to adapt in a rapid‐paced retail environment.
* Genuine passion for our products and the values of the business, able to convey this to customers.
