Key Responsibilities
* Implement and manage the project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
* Coordinate ITPs, checklists, hold/witness points and inspection records
* Review subcontractor quality documentation and ensure compliance prior to works commencing
* Conduct site inspections and audits to confirm quality standards are met
* Identify defects and non‐conformances and work with site teams to close out issues
* Maintain accurate quality records, registers and close‐out documentation
* Support defect management, commissioning and final handover processes
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and site processes
* Previous experience in a Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or QA role within construction
* Background in commercial construction is ideal, however candidates with quality assurance experience from domestic and residential construction are strongly encouraged to apply
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, workmanship standards and compliance requirements
* Experience working with ISO‐aligned quality systems and documentation
* Site‐focused, detail‐oriented and confident working with supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
