ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Since launching in Australia in July 2021, NP Digital has experienced rapid growth and established a strong presence across the region. We are now seeking an experienced SEO Manager to elevate our SEO service offering and build upon our success. As SEO Manager, you will oversee day-to-day management of SEO accounts and lead team members. Your focus will be on implementing data-driven SEO strategies to maximise campaign results, delivering client performance reports, and supporting the SEO Director with team growth and process development. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential as our business expands. To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Australia. This is a hybrid role so you will be expected to visit the office in Melbourne twice a week. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting directly to the SEO Director, the SEO Manager will be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a passion for business growth are essential. You will mentor junior team members and confidently navigate the evolving SEO landscape, including AI-driven search changes in 2025. Above all, you will lead by example. Assist the SEO Director with planning, managing, and executing comprehensive organic search strategies, including account setup, cross-channel collaboration, and team leadership Conduct ongoing optimisation efforts to meet campaign goals, including SEO audits, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page and off-page SEO, and content ideation Take initiative and lead advanced SEO projects independently Use analytics and reporting tools daily to monitor trends and performance Lead weekly client communications, presenting clear strategic recommendations and progress reports Support sales efforts by providing opportunity analysis and insights into new business prospects as needed ABOUT YOU 4-6 Years' experience in the organic search industry preferred 1 Years' of existing management experience preferred Extensive experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Omniture, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, BrightEdge, Search Console, etc. to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by data Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project management Strong technical SEO experience, being comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on SEO industry topics Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with less experienced team members ABOUT YOUR GROWTH As an organization we support your growth and development by investing in your learning to advance your career.
