About the role
Allied Health for Wellness is a boutique multidisciplinary practice based in Cockburn Central, providing psychology, ADHD and neurodivergence support, counselling, occupational therapy, and workplace wellbeing services across Perth.
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist who values meaningful clinical work, collaborative practice, and being part of a genuinely supportive team. This is a well-supported role with established referral pathways, strong administrative support, in-house peer supervision, and opportunities to continue developing your clinical interests in a neuroaffirming and client-centred environment.
Additional opportunity for Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist experienced in ADHD/ASD assessments using gold standard ADOS-2 and associated psychometric tools. Casual/contract role with full admin support and professional consulting rooms.
What you'll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for clients
* Deliver individual sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
* Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychology
* Contribute to the overall development and growth of the Allied health for Wellness' psychology service
What we're looking for
* Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Registered Psychologist, preferably in a community or allied health setting
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, case formulation, and the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, client-centred care
* Experience in managing a diverse caseload and working within a community-based setting
