Day to day, you’ll be: Building and owning a cohesive digital marketing strategy that connects brand awareness, lead generation and customer retention Managing paid search, social, display and programmatic campaigns with precision and a focus on return on ad spend Leading content strategy across organic social, email and owned channels that builds community and supports commercial goals Owning SEO and website performance from technical health through to conversion rate optimisation Using data and analytics to make decisions and report on what actually matters to the business Managing agency and platform relationships so external partners consistently deliver to brief and to budget Leading and developing your team with a genuine focus on clarity, feedback and growth This is a build and lead role. You will be setting the direction and doing the work. Who We’re Looking For You’re the right person if you: Have 6 years in digital marketing with a proven track record across multi-channel campaigns that delivered real commercial results Know paid media inside out across Google, Meta and programmatic, and are comfortable owning budget and reporting on performance Are analytically confident and use data to make decisions, not just report on what happened Have led or mentored others and understand what good leadership looks like without micromanaging Thrive in fast-moving environments and bring calm, clear thinking when the pressure is on Communicate with purpose whether you are presenting to leadership, briefing an agency or developing your team Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a background in ecommerce or agency-side work, will be well regarded.
