Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular updates and status reports to customers
* Develop and implement solutions to problems detected during troubleshooting
* Manage communications and liaison with customers and technical groups using various reporting methods
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
* Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
* Proficiency in MS Windows family of Operating Systems
* Knowledge of the MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting
* Diagnosing and resolving software issues
* Incident management tool expertise
* User support, user training, or LAN administration experience
* Knowledge of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) principles
