You'll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that's inclusive, energetic, and always on-brand. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.
What You'll Need
* 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
* A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
* Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
* A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
* Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
* A "Make it Happen" mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
* Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
