About the Role

This role provides administrative support to the Heart Failure Service and Advanced Heart Failure Unit, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Cardiology Program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a focal point for patient and public contact, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
* Manage daily operational activities of the Heart Failure Service Clinics, including chart preparation and appointment management in conjunction with medical and nursing staff.
* Undertake accurate recording and monitoring of patient information from Queensland Health systems and software.
