Home Renovation Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Home Renovation Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential renovation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely completion, within budget, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
* You will liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, working closely with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate scoping and timelines.
* Your expertise in project management software and construction budgeting will be essential in keeping projects on track.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in residential construction or renovation management, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management, or similar.
