THE ROLE The gaming room is one of the most important spaces in any hotel — and at Tilley & Wills, we take it seriously. We're looking for a gaming attendant who understands that this role is about more than payouts and machine maintenance. It's about creating a calm, welcoming, and genuinely caring environment for our patrons, and taking real ownership of the compliance and well-being obligations that come with it. This is a casual role at our new Kent Town venue. It suits someone who is professional, discreet, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly — every single shift. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Delivering professional, warm, and discreet service throughout the gaming room and TAB area. • Monitoring the gaming floor, identifying at-risk patrons, and responding with care and confidence. • Processing payouts, managing TAB enquiries, and keeping the gaming area spotless and secure. • Completing all required documentation, logs, and incident reports accurately and on time. • Applying RSA, RCG, and ARCG obligations on every shift — no exceptions. • Supporting the Gaming Manager in keeping the operation compliant, professional, and guest-focused. YOU ARE • Professional, calm, and comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment. • Holder of current RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications (mandatory). • Genuinely committed to responsible gambling and patron welfare. • Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented in everything you do. • Available for casual shifts including evenings and weekends.
