A leading essential services organisation is seeking a Data Quality Officer to improve the accuracy and integrity of operational and asset data across core enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data issues, improving processes, and working closely with operational, ICT and field teams.
Responsibilities
* Cleanse and validate operational, asset and field service data
* Identify data issues and perform root-cause analysis
* Support data alignment across WAM/EAM, Mobile Workforce, and GIS (ArcGIS) systems
* Implement data quality controls and contribute to continuous improvement
* Assist in developing reliable dashboards and reports (Power BI)
About You
* Strong experience in data cleansing, data quality and data governance
* Hands-on with ETL tools (FME highly desirable) and SQL
* Experience with ArcGIS/GIS datasets
* Exposure to asset management or utilities environments (desirable)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
