Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* As part of the school leadership team you will develop a vision and change process for implementation of a culture of inclusion
* Build the capability of all staff in inclusion, reasonable adjustments, modifying and aligning curriculum and assessment.
* Mentor staff in inclusive practices
* Promote an inclusive education environment that provides support for individual students and their learning needs
* Lead the upskilling of staff in co-teaching, co-planning and co-reflecting on reasonable adjustment made for students with different learning needs
* Lead the team to develop to be outward facing that connects and communicates with all stakeholders across the whole school community
* Work as part of the Students Services team
* Promote an inclusive education environment to support individual students and their learning needs.
