Rockingham Nissan is seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-performing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading automotive brand in a well-equipped dealership that values quality workmanship, teamwork, and career development.
About the Role
As a Qualified Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in line with dealership standards and expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles
* Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
* Identifying and reporting additional work required
* Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
* Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (Cert III Light Vehicle)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* A current Australian driver’s licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A strong work ethic with attention to detail
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
* Nissan experience (highly regarded but not essential)
