Based in South Perth, WA, this role offers the chance to develop your career in a fast-paced and agile procurement environment. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying sourcing needs to negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions whilst ensuring the timely delivery of materials, goods, and services.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance, quality, cost, and reliability of vendors to ensure they are meeting the organisation's quality standards and on-time delivery needs.
* Coordinate the purchasing process, ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and meet the organisation's quality standards.
* Develop, manage, and maintain procurement documents, reports, records, and data including but not limited to: Developing RFQ and RFI's, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Requisitions
* Collaborate with internal departments to develop procurement strategies and plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Solid experience and understanding of procurement, purchasing or logistics.
* Proficiency in using ERP procurement software and tools (preferably COUPA).
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments through excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects at one time.
