Job Description
Monash Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated rotational pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a rotational pharmacist, you will be fully integrated into the multidisciplinary team and work closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver excellent care in ambulatory and bed-based settings.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through a broad range of experiences and opportunities, including working in Victoria's largest Hospital Pharmacy Department. Our Education Team will support you to develop your clinical pharmacy skills through individualised training tailored to your needs.
This is an ongoing full-time role, with part-time applicants also being considered. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly professional, and lead by example. Relevant postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master of Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent, will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality clinical services to patients and carers
* Develop and implement medication management strategies
* Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Team Leaders and other disciplines across the organisation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master of Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
* Strong communication and leadership skills
