About The Role 
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Superintendent and Board of Education. 
This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of Ingham ISD’s policies, procedures, and role in the broader educational community. 
The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner, ensuring productive governance operations, accurate records management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
Records and maintains official minutes for a variety of meetings, including but not limited to Board of Education, Ingham ISD Roundtable, and Ingham School Officers Association (ISOA). 
Prepare and distribute agendas, supporting materials, and official correspondence for Board and other meetings. 
Manage the Superintendent’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
Position requires attendance at late evening Board Meetings, generally scheduled once per month. 
About You 
Bachelors degree is preferred. 
Solid administrative support experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. 
Minimum of four years of progressively responsible administrative support experience is required. 
Prior experience working for a school superintendent is preferred. 
Proficient in a variety of software packages, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat.
