JBL Civil is a Sunshine Coast based civil construction contractor specialising in subdivisions, road construction, and bulk earthworks. With a strong pipeline of work both on the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane, we're looking for two experienced Site Foremen / Supervisors to join our growing team.

The Role
You'll be hands-on and lead from the front, managing daily site activities and keeping projects running safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating site crews and subcontractors
* Managing labour, plant, and materials
* Maintaining WH&S compliance
* Driving the construction program
* Supporting and mentoring civil workers
* Delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget

About You
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in civil construction (subdivisions, roads, bulk earthworks)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience with reporting and basic programming
* Good computer skills
* Relevant tickets and a current Construction White Card
* GPS experience advantageous
