Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for architects and designers, fostering real relationships and driving early-stage project engagement.
* Own the lead process – Proactively follow up with inbound contact leads and convert them into live project opportunities.
* Build meaningful connections – Guide architects and specifiers as they design with our products.
* Drive momentum – Track every interaction, follow through, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
* Be a product expert – Develop in-depth knowledge of our award-winning systems and how they are used worldwide.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Convert inbound leads into live project opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers.
* Accurately track and update records in the CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A team-first mindset with a competitive edge.
* Confidence in communicating effectively, particularly over the phone.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* CRM and administrative skills (HubSpot or Salesforce experience is an advantage).
* A genuine interest in architecture, design, or construction (or a willingness to learn).
