What's the role?
There are multiple Full-time, Permanent roles onsite in Lomond commencing 9th June 2026.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting Westpac customers with their banking needs in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment. Efficiently resolve inquiries, identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services, and contribute to a seamless and positive customer experience.
What do I need?
Your journey will begin on 9th June 2026 as a Virtual personal Banking Advisor; you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
We're searching for customer service superstars eager to kickstart their career with a reputable bank. Specifically, we're looking for individuals who possess:
At least 12 months of customer service experience (any industry) Thrive in a corporate and professional working environment Ability to thrive in a high-paced, KPI-driven environment Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services Availability to work on a 40-hour rotating roster, covering shifts between Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm AEST Willingness to commute and work onsite at our Melbourne office
The office operates across 5 days, Monday to Friday with rotating shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 8 PM AEST (weekend shifts bankers will work from home)
