Receptionist / Administration, Physiotherapy Practice
Tuggerah Physiotherapy has been a trusted part of the Central Coast community for over 30 years. Our dedicated team delivers physiotherapy, specialist hand therapy and custom splinting & casting to hundreds of patients a month.
We're currently looking for a professional, people-focused administrator to join us and we're open to finding the right arrangement for the right candidate - Full-Time, Part-Time or School Hours will be considered. Immediate start.
The Role
This is a hands-on front desk position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be the professional face and voice of the practice - managing appointments, supporting our clinicians, and ensuring every patient feels cared for from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling phone enquiries and managing the practitioner’s diaries
* Greeting and assisting patients at reception
* Maintaining accurate patient records and files
* Supporting day-to-day practice communications and administration
* Keeping the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
* A friendly professional manner - in person and on the phone
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Solid computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* The composure to manage a busy front desk with a smile
* Prior experience in healthcare administration, allied health or customer service is highly regarded
* A genuine interest in physiotherapy, sport or health is desirable
* Familiarity with practice management software a bonus
