THE ROLE As a Quality Manager, you will possess Nursing experience, with some of your responsibilities including: playing a lead role in ensuring the hospital meets standards, lead and coordinate hospital audits and improvement projects, provide effective leadership in risk management to assist department heads to continuously review their practices, support clinical risk management through incident investigation and analysis and consult with managers in quality improvements in order to build capacity and capability.
THE ESSENTIALS Quality experience Bachelor of Nursing or Nursing Degree, Registered Nurse Tertiary qualifications in a Health discipline Experience in clinical auditing processes Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement methodology and application in a healthcare setting Complete working knowledge and understanding of NSQHS standards Educational, training and mentoring skills THE PERKS Ongoing continuous professional development & training Career development opportunities Melbourne 3 days a week pro-rata role PT $125K + Super Renowned hospital with a support and positive culture Supported by some of the best doctors and a strong executive team Optimal location - close to public transport, bustling, happening environment.
