Key responsibilities include processing daily payments, contributions, withdrawals, and asset transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
* Process daily payments and contributions, including direct debits, credits, fees, pension payments, super contributions, and BPAY transactions.
* Manage in-specie asset transfers, liaising with custodians, counterparties, and third parties to ensure smooth completion.
* Onboard new client accounts via applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
* Monitor and resolve items in the Zendesk ticketing system within agreed service levels.
* Collaborate with teams to resolve breaks, payments, and transfer issues.
