As an occupational therapist, you will work with our team to develop and implement individualised plans that support people with disability to build capacity and maximise independence.
Our graduate program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. You will have access to:
* Professional Development: An immersive 6-week induction program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
* A Supportive Team: Weekly 1:1 supervision, experienced buddies, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
* NDIS Support: Dedicated team members who will help build your knowledge, simplify the process, and even master report writing.
* Flexibility: Choose where you work, from home, favourite cafés, or team spaces – it's your call.
