SYNOPSIS:
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting senior leadership in a dynamic and community-focused environment? The City of Melville is looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to provide high-level support to the Director of Corporate Services and help drive key initiatives that shape our city.

**Salary**: $82,931.49 to $95,984.48 pro-rata p.a. + 11.5% Super

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a key liaison between the Director, CEO, Executive Team, Mayor, Elected Members, and internal and external stakeholders
- Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing diary management
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, briefing materials and presentations
- Liaising with the CEO, Executive Team, Elected Members and key stakeholders
- Coordinating the production of Council Reports, briefing notes and governance documents
- Overseeing the implementation of key actions, resolutions and strategic initiatives
- Organising and managing directorate meetings, events and employee briefings
- Conducting research and assisting with special projects
- Ensuring efficient workflow management and process improvements within the directorate
- Collaborating with other Executive Assistants and organisational leaders to enhance cross-functional support
**What We're Looking For**
- At least 5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a complex organisation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
**Desirable**
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Experience in budget management and financial processes
- Knowledge of local government processes, regulations and governance
