About the Role
As a Panel Shop Estimator, you will be the key link between customers, insurers, and the workshop, ensuring accurate quotes, smooth job flow, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines
* Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure efficient and transparent repair processes
* Maintain detailed records of all repair activities and costs
* Continuously improve estimation processes and work closely with the panel shop team to identify efficiencies
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the repair journey
About You
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and repair requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Proficiency in using estimating software and other relevant technology
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills to excel in the Panel Shop Estimator role
