Analyst

Coordinator/Manager
* We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Coordinator to lead and coordinate the tactical collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence across diverse operational environments.
* As part of our intelligence pillar, you will oversee a team of analysts delivering actionable insights that drive operational decision-making and client risk mitigation.
* This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities, analytical depth, and a track record of delivering intelligence outputs in dynamic, high-stakes settings.
* It requires the ability to operate at both a tactical and operational level and to integrate with other business leaders and units, external agencies, key stakeholders and clients.
Key duties
Analyst
* Develop intelligence collection plans aligned with client priorities.
* Conduct collection of open-source intelligence (OSINT).
* Develop threat assessments, risk profiles, and intelligence reports.
* Present intelligence briefings to clients and senior leadership.
* Provide intelligence support to investigations, surveillance and human source operations.
* Assist in crisis response through rapid intelligence support.
Coordinator/Manager
* Analyst duties.
* Supervise and mentor intelligence analysts across tactical and strategic assignments.
* Manage intelligence collection plans aligned with client priorities.
* Conduct and coordinate the collection of open-source intelligence (OSINT), improving processes and products.
* Drive intelligence capability development, including managing the purchasing of OSINT tools.
* Conduct quality assurance of intelligence products before distribution.
* Liaise with internal security teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
Essential requirements
Analyst
* Proven experience in intelligence analysis or supervision within security, investigations, law enforcement, or defence sectors.
* Government or tertiary qualifications in Intelligence, Criminology, International Security, or a related discipline.
* Excels at balancing priorities, have strong communication skills, and preferably a strong network in the security or intelligence community.
* Adaptability to integrate technology enablers and have a thorough understanding of raw data collection methods that will embrace the agile and evolving environment of intelligence collection.
* Proven ability to process large amounts of data into relevant, actionable insights and recommendations.
* Exercise high levels of discretion and comfortably work with highly confidential information.
Coordinator/Manager
* Proven ability to manage a team of analysts, communicating with clients to get their requirements, and ensuring the quality of customised reports, presentations, and briefings.
* Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
Desired requirements
* Experience with intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, and OSINT methodologies.
* Experience applying structured analytical techniques (e.g. Red Teaming, ACH, SWOT).
* Knowledge of geopolitical, socio-cultural, and environmental threat vectors.
* Exposure to travel risk management, critical infrastructure, or protective intelligence.
* Familiarity with legal and ethical standards governing intelligence operations.
