As a Finance Business Partner in the ASPAC Finance team, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insights, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with Business Unit Finance and General Managers to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals and standards .
This is a newly created role to accommodate Serco landing a new high profile government contract.
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll make a positive impact by:
7. Acting as a trusted and accessible advisor to Business Unit Finance and General Managers
8. Supporting month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
9. Ensuring financial records, forecasts, and budgets are precise and well-documented
10. Providing meaningful analysis and insights for strategic decision-making
11. Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies
12. Supporting the team with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks

Your ideal skills & experience:
13. Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) or relevant experience
14. Strong SAP ECC and Data Warehouse experience
15. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
16. Proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
17. Demonstrated commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
