LMG operates several independent retail banner groups, including Bottlemart, Sip' n Save, Harry Brown and Thirsty Camel in WA, providing National coverage as the 4th largest liquor retail group in Australia.

This growth is enabled by LMG's mission of Retail Excellence Together which recognises our role in supporting member retailers and supplier partners to enhance our independent retailers to compete and grow their businesses.

Job Summary

Provide LMG Members, LMG Team & Suppliers with accurate marketing communication in a timely manner. Prepare all necessary "Members Communication" including Weekly Updates, New Product information, collated orders, and supplier updates. Proofread all communication that is being communicated to members and Suppliers. Must have the ability to work unsupervised and always maintain a professional standard.

Primary responsibilities

* Co-ordinate distribution of marketing communication to members, LMG Team & Suppliers. Proofread all correspondence before it is sent to members
* Work with Zones & Pricing Manager to maintain the Brand Essentials Core Range EDP/Premium Wine/ Spirit/ Craft programs for members. Send updates as required
* Load relevant pricing into ALM for each promotion, or EDP program
* Support LMG's members pre-order process and manage collated order process. Including: Send relevant details to members, Support BDMs recording orders, Advise LMG Team and relevant LMG category manager when complete.
* Manage member's allocation of relevant items pertaining to our promotional program and plans e.g.: Bonus or GWP items. Follow up suppliers or LMG team where necessary.
* Check LMG promotional pricing in the ALM system, at the start of the buying period for each promotion, to ensure integrity of pricing for LMG members
* Review all external communication prior to communicating to LMG members
* Check that Member price support rebate information is actioned in a timely manner
* Send all requests for invoicing to the finance team each month, within the published time frames
* Always maintain the Company's professional image within the role's responsibilities
* Adhere to LMG policy regarding third party agreements.
* Maintain all relevant data in Salesforce
* Load core range lists into Salesforce so that LMG BDMs can conduct quarterly audits
* Proactively manage GWP deliveries to Members prior to promotional activity commencing
* Support the LMG BDM' & Members by actioning requests in a timely manner. Own the problem until it's solved or escalate it to the lead within that Workstream if required. Advise BDMs of all Member issues as required
* Produce Member's fortnightly promotional advice for the LMG members portal
* Participate in category reviews and communicate trends/opportunities
* Manage all office admin as required

· As required provide general assistance and support to other members of the LMG East Coast team

· A high level of ongoing training needs to be undertaken and will be supported appropriately by LMG

* Other duties and projects may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Minimum 3 - 5 years' Liquor Industry experience

Ability to foster and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly analytical and attention to detail.

Advanced customer service and communications skills.

Ability to influence and function as a trusted advisor.

Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and provide efficient user-friendly solutions and accurate, timely stakeholder information.

FMCG experience an advantage but not essential.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM systems.
