Our Client Services Manager is a vital role that supports Financial Advisors, working closely with other advisors and client services managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Job:
* We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the financial advice process from initial consultation to implementation.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xplan. They should also possess knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.
We require strong communication skills (written and verbal), as well as organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers
* Assisting with the financial advice process from fact find to implementation
* Processing documentation in Xplan
* Preparing advice documents and forms
* Assisting with regulatory obligations
