He Sales Executive will support initiatives to generate and engage with external stakeholders to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute the clients vision. The role requires an ability to think quickly and laterally to promote ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit at the coal face of our business. The role requires calculated decision makers, team players and individuals who can maintain relationships with a diverse customer base. With this role being a generalist and responsible for all customer channels, segments and banners, sales, presentations and pitches need to be personalised and appropriate to the different customer types and needs.

Role responsibilities:

* Responsible for the management of customer relationships in their defined territory, activation of all sales cycle objectives with these customers and ensuring agreed customer service standards are met.
* Proactively build and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects and active opportunities while also leveraging pre-existing relationships
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's reach.
* Partner with account managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, customer development and ongoing satisfaction.
* Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure the launch of new products and services successfully.
* Comfortably engage with key influencers and decision makers at all levels of an organisation
* Identify potential markets for Snap Send Solve solutions in adjacent verticals and position our offering
* Maximise opportunities by researching industry, publications and related events and apply this knowledge to the value we can bring to clients

About you:

* Curious hunter, excited to learn more about the IP industry and its vast array of services, and asking pertinent questions internally and externally to find patterns and edge cases for why some prospects are better suited targets

* Customer-centric solution provider, able to quickly get up to speed to feel comfortable to own the initial relationship with prospects
