The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for
leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects using Agile methodologies
, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder alignment. This role combines
Agile leadership
with
traditional project management skills
, focusing on SAP Finance, Procurement, and related modules. The position requires strong experience in
Scrum practices

SAP project delivery
, and
cross-functional team management
.
10+ years of experience in Scrum/project management, with at least 5 years in SAP programs.
SAP Project Expertise
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework.
Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes.
Agile Tools & Practices
Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools.
Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimising flow and predictability etc.
Project Management Tools
MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent.
Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
Leadership
: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP programs.
Communication
: Clear articulation of project status and technical concepts to stakeholders.
Collaboration
: Work effectively with business, IT, and vendor teams.
Problem-Solving
: Resolve impediments and manage risks proactively.
Adaptability
: Balance Agile principles with SAP project realities.
Time Management
: Handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
