About you
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated dietitian to join our team! You will thrive in culturally diverse environments and are committed to delivering respectful, high-quality care. Your passion for rural and remote primary healthcare, along with your ability to build strong relationships with your clients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, will make you an ideal fit for this role.
About the role
This role works within the clinical services team to plan and deliver community primary healthcare. It includes the delivery of dietetic clinical services in clinic and on outreach to towns and communities in the West Pilbara. You will work in partnership with the local Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organizations, local aged care providers, and other community-based organisations.
This role is a generalist caseload, and includes chronic disease, diabetes, paediatrics and NDIS.
This role is suitable for early career to experienced dietitians.
