About the role:
The receptionist is responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression of the organisation. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting!
This role will suit someone who is tenacious and enthusiastic. Someone who will get the job done with a smile on their face.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
* Booking appointments.
* Liaising with staff.
* General admin, filing, data entry and emails.
* Assisting with inventory and stock control.
* Pack and dispatch orders.
* Enter invoices and payments into workshop software
* Update customer details in a CRM
* Assist with marketing and special projects.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Positive, proactive, upbeat and helpful personality.
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Confidence in dealing with customers.
* Self motivated with a strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
