Your Role:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Communications team in implementing and promoting early childhood initiatives. This role will involve providing administrative assistance, including event support, to help achieve our goals.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Provide confidential administrative support to senior staff members in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
2. Employ effective communication skills to liaise professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
3. Arrange appointments and provide administrative support for committees, meetings, and conferences, including catering, materials, and information.
4. Provide events support by arranging contractors and logistics on behalf of the division, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
5. Maintain records and administer the flow of correspondence across teams, following up on outstanding items and preparing documents for approval.
6. Develop and maintain management and administrative databases, process information, and prepare correspondence and associated reports for senior officers.
