We are seeking a Communications and Engagement qualified to join the Partnerships Section of a Canberra based Cultural Institution. In this role, you will provide coordination and communication support within a key project modernising infrastructure to improve data quality.
This is a 6 non-ongoing contract. Canberra location with adaptable working conditions, including flexibility to work from home part of the week. Salary negotiable within the APS 6 salary band, commensurate with experience.
Reporting to an Assistant Director, Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
Provide coordination and communication support to the Data Modernisation Project
Liaise with key internal stakeholder to develop communications facilitating cross-brand project development and collaboration
Deliver communication activities for the Data Modernisation project that align with broader Branch communication scheduling
Manager complex customer and stakeholder enquiries on the project
Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholders, based on train the trainer approach
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are understood and support change management and project implementation milestones
Project board secretariat support
Provide high level customer liaison, communication and outreach to internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience delivering nuanced communications
An ability to understand and explain technical processes
Experience in stakeholder relationship development and change management
Experience developing and delivering training programs
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Australian citizenship
