Job Title: Part-time Exercise Physiologist
About the role
My Community Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Exercise Physiologists to take the lead in developing and managing a growing caseload. We are seeking applicants within the Central Coast who are happy to support our care recipients at our clinic and in the care recipients own home. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will:
* Lead Service Development: Create innovative and tailored exercise programs that meet the needs of our diverse client base, helping them achieve their health goals.
* Manage Caseloads: Develop and manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that each participant receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.
* Educational Resources: Design and develop educational materials to support clients and their families in understanding the importance of physical activity in health and recovery.
* Collaborate with Care Partners and Participants: Provide expert support and advice to Care Partners, Care Participants, and the wider MCH clinical team, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.
* Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of new service lines and initiatives to enhance MCH’s offerings and improve community health outcomes.
What we're looking for
* A qualified Exercise Physiologist with experience in developing and managing caseloads.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients and team members alike.
* A passion for delivering innovative, client-centred health services.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
